This is without doubt the most welcoming, accomodating establishment we have EVER visited! The bed was SO comfortable, the room very clean and recently decorated in a homely up to date style. The rooms are above the bar where the locals have a great time. Saturday night is karaoke which is very lively but quiet by midnight. The food was VERY good, breakfast cooked to perfection, lovely white table linen and plenty of choice. Sue and her staff really do a fantastic job! Value for money as well! Thank you so much. :)

Sue and team rescued us when our other booking let us down but from the outset they made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable and settled. The room was nicely decorated, fresh laundered and pressed sheets welcomed us and they were accommodating to our every need, even allowing us to stay until midday the next day. The breakfast was great quality and beautifully cooked with as much as we wanted. The last but not least point is the people. The whole family were there and every last one of them offered us the true welsh charm and sincerity we had missed down south! We could have stayed at a generic premier inn but instead I was so happy to have stayed at the Llanhilleth Hotel and would love to come back again. Good show guys and good luck with the refurb - that will be the icing on the cake. Dylan and Nikki x
